Stations: Carving Station to Include Bacon Wrapped Chicken stuffed with Asparagus. Served with a Trio of Sauces. Macaroni and Cheese Station to include Smoked Gouda Mac & Cheese served with accompaniments of Crisp Bacon, Crumbled Blue Cheese, Pico de Gallo, Spicy Sausage and Scallions. Greens Station served in Mini Square Bowls to include Sweet Potato Salad, Luau Salad and Roasted Vegetable Orzo Salad. Mini Dessert Station to include Lemon Meringue Pies, Red Velvet Cupcake with Cream Cheese and Caramel Brownie Rounds.
